Life is very long when it came to Beryl to stop procrastinating and get on the stage and sing. Beryl made her sublime jazz album very recently too. Beryl left school at fourteen and worked in London's tin pan alley writing music scores. Music is in her blood, but life got in the way, and now aged 89 she's found the umph to take life by the horns and sing and scat away.
