The new Chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners in Northern Ireland says patients who can not afford to go private are at risk of being left behind as waiting lists grow.

Kilkeel GP, Dr Laurance Dorman, warned that many feel they now have no option but to pay for treatment and spoke to Stephen on air.
