What does Belfast city centre need to attract new visitors on Sundays?

Belfast City Council has launched a consultation on how to attract new visitors to the city centre on Sundays. The areas they are looking at is improving accessibility into and around the city and enchancing the reatil that is on offer. 
Is it time for longer Sunday opening hours?
