Nurses in NI to go on strike over staffing numbers and pay disputes

Nurses in Northern Ireland will go on strike over staffing numbers and pay disputes on 18th December. 12 hour strike action will include refusing to do any task that is not patient-specific, no overtime and not completing paperwork other than individual patient records.
It is the first time in the 103 year history of the Royal College of Nursing that they will have taken industrial action.
