Is it time to end animal testing - in Northern Ireland?
A new report from the Department of Health has revealed that 28,790 medical testing procedures were carried out on live animals in 2018. That is up from 24,756 the previous year. A near 20% rise. Animal rights campaigners have criticised the numbers - but do you agree? 
Or do possible benefits for our own health - outweigh the negatives?
