Bristol could become the first UK city to ban diesel cars, over concerns of pollution.

Should we ban diesel vehicles in Belfast City Centre, at certain times of the day? It is one part of proposals to tackle air pollution in Bristol - where they want to introduce a zone which bans all diesel cars from 7am to 3pm.
