Victim Campaigners raise concerns over NIO consultation on victims’ pensions

There are serious concerns from Victims Campaigners over a consultation from the Northern Ireland Office on proposed requirements for victims injured during the Troubles, "through no fault of their own".

Regulations to enable the pension payments to be made must be finalised by the end of January 2020. But there are concerns over dates that qualify 
and whether people injured in the Republic - will be included.
