Essaouira Gardens (In Three Parts)

Esaouira busker reimagined by Andy Billington.
"The 3 words that defined the location (///spaceship.countries.stiff) were drawn into the "Sketch" setting on the Teenage Engineering OP1. Next samples were cut from the original recording and re arranged. Finally digital persian santoor was improvised over the top and hand drum added for the middle section of the track.
Three additional "versions" were then recorded and mixed together to realise the final recording.
Somewhere in the mix Google Translate ghost voices anchor the re-imagined recording re stating the 3 words (deep in the mix) and our busker carries on with his lament."
