All goods in NI will have different regulation benchmarks than the rest of the UK .
All goods in NI must comply with the regulations dictated by the EU that wouldn't apply to England, Scotland or Wales - but it would apply to NI?
Is this a pragmatic approach which couldn't threaten the Union as Stormont would have a lock on it?
Or have we taken a step closer to a United Ireland?
