Honda of Westport Couple's Court- Should she quit her job and open a restaurant?

She has always dreamed of opening her own restaurant. She wants to make a high end luncheonette. She approached her husband that she wants to quit her office HR job to go after her dreams. He thinks it's too risky and the amount of money they'll need to launch it will deplete their savings. Plus, it's not like she has any real experience in running a restaurant. Sure, she's a great cook, makes great paninis, but is she going to be able to make enough money to continue their lifestyle?
