UK's highest court says the PM broke the law and gave the Queen advice that was unlawful

Parliament will sit this morning after the Supreme Court ruled that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's proroguing of Parliament was unlawful. The Speaker has now made it clear that there will be full scope for urgent questions, ministerial statements and applications for emergency debates. How will that historic decision be received on the green benches and where does it leave the government and opposition? Boris Johnson, who is flying back early from a UN summit in New York, faces calls to resign from opposition groups.
