September 23rd to 29th 2019 is National Eye Health Week, an annual event to focus on sight loss and how to look after our eyes.
As part of this annual event, RNIB Scotland has come up with an innovative way of showing us just what we could miss out on if we don't follow some simple steps to look after our sight.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Ian Brown, from RNIB Scotland, to learn more about the message and the thought provoking way they have come up with to remind us to get our eyes checked regularly.
