An empty podium where the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson should have stood. That was the image beamed round the world yesterday after a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg was cancelled. But it didn't stop Xavier Bettel, the leader of the small European country, famous for being a tax haven, getting his point across to an enthusiastic crowd. Some Brexiteers are calling it a setup, and Number 10 say their request for a press conference indoors was rejected. So was Boris set-up, or did he simply run away from a tough crowd? Stephen spoke to commentator Malachi O'Doherty and Jane Morrice, an ex-head of the European Commission Office in Northern Ireland.
