‘No credible evidence’ – Ian Paisley hits out at allegations made about his late father in upcoming BBC Spotlight doc

A former senior army officer, David Hancock, tells BBC Spotlight programme Mr Paisley "financed" a UVF bombing in Kilkeel in 1969.
It was blamed on the IRA and was part of a Loyalist campaign designed to destabilise the Stormont government of Terrence O'Neill.
Mr Hancock says police showed him "evidence" that Mr Paisley "had supplied the money which financed the Kilkeel explosion."
