New England Young at Heart - Workplace Stress Mitigation - 'No Excuses March for Education'

This morning, we're heading to Oxford and the new offices of New England Young at Heart , a community resource agency serving aging adults and their families - and hear how they're expanding many new social and educational programs for all ages.

Then we'll visit with a couple of health and human resource experts to talk about stress - particularly how stress affects you as an employee - and how that employee stress affects you as an employer.

And we'll close inviting you to be part of the New Haven Adult & Continuing Education Centers "No Excuses - March for Education" on September 26 - bringing awareness to opportunities  available to residents through adult education programs across the state.
