New research for the BBC shows that 'Back to School' spending topped £1.1 billion.  Labour MP Emma Hardy has called on schools to 'poverty proof' their policies. Currently there is no legislation in place on the cost of school uniforms but recently the Welsh Government has taken the step of making it a statutory requirement for schools to ensure their uniforms are affordable. Is that something that we should be considering here? Stephen spoke to Northern Ireland Children's Commissioner Koulla Yiasouma.
