Fallout of Saturday's Apprentice Boys parade continues as flute band believe that their detention was unlawful

The loyalist band at the centre of the Parachute Regiment row during the Apprentice Boys parade in Londonderry has branded the police response unlawful. It comes after the coach transporting the band home was held by the PSNI for over 2 hours. A solicitor acting for the band said a complaint to the police ombudsman is being considered.
