Belfast bus lane cameras rake in over £4m in fines – Is this putting people off going into the city?

Motorist here have been fined more than £4 million by bus lane cameras. One fixed camera on Donegall Square East, next to Belfast's City Hall, has generated £1.5m since 2015 according to official figures.
A fixed camera on Great Victoria Street raised £890,342 in fines.
