‘Full blown Direct Rule by the 1st of October’ that’s the call from UUP leader Robin Swann

Sinn Fein are not seriously engaged in the talks process - and are exploiting the political vacuum.
That's what the Ulster Unionist Party leader Robin Swann has written in today's News Letter.
Mr Swann goes on to tell the new secretary of State julian Smith that he should
"set a date for the end of this talks process and if sustainable agreement can’t be reached, then the government owes it to the people of Northern Ireland to move to full blown direct rule."
