If NIO won't display portraits of the Queen - should they continue to use the Royal Coat of Arms at Stormont House?

All photos of the Queen have been removed from the the NIO's Stormont HQ. 

That's what the News Letter is reporting this morning. 

So the headquarters of Her Majesty's Government in Northern Ireland - have removed Her Majesty from their walls.
