Back from America and Stephen has fallen off the weight loss wagon

Stephen has just come back from LA this week, and he has a confession to make.
For those of you who've followed his weight loss journey Stephen weighed over 22st in December 2018 and weighed under 15st by the time be left for America
But he had a bit of a lapse when he was in Santa Monica.
Stephen talked to the broadcaster Rosemary Conley, a diet and fitness expert.
