Simon Brett worked as a Producer in Radio and Television, before taking up writing full-time. He has published over 100 books, the latest being 'The Liar in the Library', which is a return to his murder mystery 'Fethering' series.

Rosanna Ley works as a creative tutor, with her writing holidays taking place in stunning locations in Spain and Italy. Her latest novel 'The Lemon Tree Hotel' is set in the glamorous Italian Riviera

Gordon Kerr worked in bookselling and publishing before becoming a full-time writer. He is the author of several non-fiction titles, and has just published his debut novel 'The Partisan heart', which is an enthralling story of passion and betrayal moving from London to rural Scotland and the Italian Alps. It is set partly in 1944 and partly in 1999, and is a fascinating insight into the Italian Civil War.

Sue Bough volunteers with a charity for children with special needs, often writing short stories for them. Her debut novel is out now, for children aged 8-11 years, introducing them to a crazy new world! 'Norman Snodgrass Saves the Green Planet' is an adventure story with an unlikely hero and an important environmental message.
