As England's women get ready for their World Cup semi-final tonight - kmfm's been told their success is opening up more opportunities for young girls.
They're aiming to reach their first ever final but have to get past defending champions the United States in Lyon to do it.
Katie Startup from Maidstone played for England's under 19s and is now Charlton's first team goal keeper.
She says growing up there wasn't a clear way to progress as a player, but that's starting to change.
