What's been described as the world's toughest mile returns to Kent this weekend.
Hundreds of people are expected to take part in the RedBull Quicksand event in Margate.
A purpose built course - complete with huge sand dunes - has been created on the main sands.
While the fastest mile has been run in less than four minutes - this generally takes closer to 10 to complete.
