Ireland and Ulster Rugby captain Rory Best received the Freedom of the Borough at a cost of nearly £40 thousand pounds. The award was given by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Council last September at a ceremony that included a spend of £14K on venue hire and another £14K on catering.
