A doctor here has described our unhealthy lifestyles "frightening." Dr Susan Connolly was speaking ahead of a new programme at the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen. The new programme aims to help people reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes by becoming physically active, stopping smoking and having a better diet. Dr Connolly said people here had much more unhealthy lifestyles than in some other parts of the UK. Is she right? Do we see it as okay to have some meat on your bones?
