This boss girl is best known for battling mean girls and resisting gender norms on Bravo! reality series, Vanderpump Rules. Billie is an advocate for transgender rights and proudly transitioned from male to female in her early twenties. As a facial plastic surgeon, I know a thing or two about facial feminization. This process is so personal and as a surgeon, you feel a great deal of responsibility taking someone's personal identity into your hands.
