"I've used a grain sampler in Hollyhock 3 DAW with automation of the speed/gain and pitch/grain controls routed to 4 send effects to process the recording. Altering the pitch and speed of the recording produces some interesting and unusual results, it alters the perception of time whilst retaining the theme of galloping horses. I've then layered orchestration to compliment and contrast, keeping it subtle so the focus is on the processed recording."
