Gaby Koppel is a journalist, film-maker, and producer, with credits across a broad range of factual television. She started writing her debut novel 'Reparation' while doing a Masters degree in Creative Writing. It was inspired by Gaby's own relationship with her mother, and also her experience of growing up as a second generation holocaust survivor.
Claire Allan is a former journalist and columnist, who has been writing fiction since 2006. She has tackled issues from post-natal depression, infertility, and dementia, through to writing about a couple reunited after 50 years! Her latest book 'Apple of my Eye' is a psychological thriller.
Lyn Miller worked as a GP for 27 years. Her second novel 'A Human Condition' is a touching tale of female friendship and family life. It's about single mother Marion, whose mother's Alzheimer's disease makes her increasingly dependent.
Jaclyn Swope works as a Publisher Account Manager on the Book Research team for Nielson. They are the organisation that monitors the book industry, and all key trends affecting publishers and book buyers. They presented their findings at this weeks London Book Fair. Some of this years trends include political books, and feminist and inspiring children's stories.
