Electric scooters in Brussels

Ride-share bike and scooter companies have been popping up all over Brussels recently. Although they might seem like a good idea, and a lot of fun, they’re causing problems for people with disabilities. We spoke with Alejandro Moledo from the European Disability Forum to find out more.
