A report out this morning is warning of an increasing drug problem at a Kent prison which holds almost 600 foreign inmates.
Inspectors visited HMP Maidstone in October and also found a rise in the number of violent incidents and the use of force by staff.
The report went on to praise behaviour management, improvements in rehabilitation and release planning, and good relationships between staff and prisoners.
