The PSNI failed to disclose secret files on the loyalist mass shooting at Sean Graham's bookies to the Police Ombudsman. Dr Michael Maguire speaks to Stephen
The PSNI have apologised for failing to disclose secret files about the UDA murder of five people on the Ormeau Road in Belfast. The Police Ombudsman Michael Maguire said his investigators have identified "significant, sensitive information" some of which relates to covert policing - held by police - but not made available to his staff. The ombudsman has opened new lines of inquiry into the Ormeau attack. Police Ombudsman Michael Maguire and Solicitor Niall Murphy, who represents the relatives of those murdered, join Stephen this morning.
