TV licence fee rises in price again – should the BBC look to tighten their belts instead? #BBCNolan

A former UK culture minister has slammed the latest increase in the TV licence fee

Licence fee payers will see their bill go up by £4 from April  

But the Labour MP Kate Hoey has said that the rise is "so wrong"

.."when the BBC is paying people like Gary Lineker such huge salaries"  

And Royle Family star Ricky Tomlinson has called for a "pensioners uprising" against the proposed charges

So are they right? Or is the license fee worth every penny when you consider the services it provides?
