Commentator Fionola Meredith takes a swipe at our social media addiction. She debates with @antsrantz

In her column in the Belfast Telegraph today Fionola Meredith has suggested that we are all guilty of spending too much time on our phones given the detrimental effect they have on our attention spans, sleeping habits and mental health. She also said that if you can't put your phone away while driving you shouldn't be on the road! Fionola joined Stephen this morning along with self confessed phone addict Ant Miller.
