Gender pay inequality has been an ongoing issue for sometime. This week the BBC was criticised by a group of MPs who published a new report claiming the broadcaster is refusing to admit it has a problem when it comes to equal pay. They say it has failed to learn lessons and faces a backlash from staff. The Money Savings Expert Martin Lewis yesterday asked if all our pay should be public? This with the aim to reduce issues such as the gender pay gap and big boss pay packets. Stephen got the views of commentator Fionola Meredith and former MP Lembit Opik.
