£200,000 of funding for the West Belfast festival has been put on hold after councillors raised concerns about how the money was awarded. Funding has also been put on hold for two other festivals. Féile an Phobail is one of the most successful and well established festivals in Northern Ireland. It's been going for 30 years and attracts some major names. But does it get too much funding? Or is it worth every penny it gets? Stephen got the views of UUP Cllr Chris McGimpsey, Labour Party member Phil Kelly and Alliance Cllr Sian O'Neill.
