The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) is Canada's largest sight loss charity and works to change the lives of, and empower, blind and partially sighted people. It's now working with some of the world's biggest companies to promote blind and partially sighted people as valued and skilled, potential, employees. It's all about breaking down barriers, tackling outdated stereotypes and showing what technology can do to level the playing field in the job market.
