This week our Ibiza hostess Jo Youle meets Scarivelli inspired yoga teacher Helen Noakes in North Goa to talk about her rebellious past and how she reset herself to be one of the most influential women creating her unique treatments around the globe.
Helen trained with Anatomy geek Gary Carter and will be giving a training next month in India and was recently added to Ekhart Yoga and offers videos of her non linear form of movement therapy where you can find her online.
