Latest research discovered that many of us give up our hobbies just as quickly as we pick them up. In fact, even hobbies beneficial to our health, like cycling; see us throwing in the towel fairly quickly.

This year, the British Heart Foundation is encouraging everyone to stay in shape by taking part in one of their sixteen Bike Ride events across the UK to help raise funds for life-saving research.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Simon Pauley spoke with Emma Day from the charity to hear more about the events and how blind and partially sighted people can get involved.
