Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the hour talking about the latest coaching news, including the Browns rounding out the rest of the coaching staff. Dane and Scott break down the outcome of the Saints-Eagles game, thinking that the Eagles played great, but just could not keep the magic going against Drew Brees and the run game of Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram. While discussing the strong play of Michael Thomas, the guys look at where he stands among the best fantasy wide receivers, with Scott saying he is top 2, but still likes the safe play of Antonio Brown, no matter where he plays next year. The guys question if the Eagles should retain Nick Foles, or let him walk in free agency and give the full reigns to Carson Wentz. Looking at the Chargers loss to the Patriots, the guys think out of the 2004 QB class, Philip Rivers has the most to offer the next few years, and the Chargers should wait at least until next year to find the heir apparent to Rivers, and that the team should look to the deep offensive and defensive lines to make them even stronger in the trenches.
