Daily Connect Podcast: Monday 14th January
It's podcast time! Monday looks a little bit like this: one of our listeners, Brian Docherty, is from NI, and recently undertook a course in I.T. from RNIB. He spoke to Kirsty Campbell to talk about his experiences of the course, and why it was important to him. Also on today's download, news on a survey from the Office of Road and Rail, who have launched a consultation on improving disabled people's access to assisted travel, there's an opportunity to get involved and volunteer to help RNIB to create this years Vision Pioneer awards, and Amy Stewart from NI Sightlines tells us what's audio described in the theatre in NI.
The web address to find out more information about the survey, and to find a link to the survey is: https://www.rnib.org.uk/news/transport. To have assistance in taking the questionnaire, telephone 0207 391 2123.
We'd love you to join the conversation, and let us know your experiences and how you feel - you can email us, or find us on all the usual social media channels. #RNIBConnect #TheDailyConnect
