The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) is the leading sight loss charity in the USA and they have some big plans for 2019. One of these is the re-location of their annual convention to the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, a huge organisational task for the charity as the event attracts thousands of members from across the country.
