An Ashford man is warning of the dangers of Lyme Disease and says we should cover up better when out in wooded areas

Craig Fordham was diagnosed in November 2017, but suspects he had the infection a few years earlier.

The disease is commonly caused by bites from an infected tick and can lead to things like headaches, and muscle and joint pain.
