Health officials say children in the UK are eating an entire childhood's worth of sugar by the time they are ten years old. That equates to thirteen sugar cubes a day - which experts say is eight too many. Public Health England has released data gathered from households across the UK and is urging families to make simple changes to cut down on sugar.
