Congress gives loan waiver, what will BJP give?

Congress President Rahul Gandhi won in 3 states of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. His strategy was to tell people to vote Congress to power and the party will waive off the loans of the farmers. And he did that. The question is, if Congress has given such kinds of perks what will BJP offer in the General elections and where would this money of waiver come from?
