Paul Munster, UEFA Pro Licence Head Coach and Technical Director at Minerva Punjab FC joins us to talk about his playing and coaching career, and the future of Northern Ireland's national team.

Having played and coached in Canada, Czech Republic, Sweden, Germany, Northern Ireland and India, Paul's strong experience and outlook on the game speaks volumes.

We discuss the standard of football in Canada and India, how the professional leagues are structured and developing talent in said nations. 

Paul gives his views on Northern Irish footballers and shares stories about his time in the Czech Republic with the likes of the legendary Pavel Kuka and ex Atletico Madrid midfielder Radek Bejbl
