Greg Montgomery, former Michigan State, Houston Oilers, Detroit Lions, & Baltimore Ravens Pro Bowl Punter joins us on this segment of Thursday Night Tailgate NFL Podcast. 

Greg talks about his relationship with Nick Saban going all the way back to when Saban was the Defensive Coordinator at Michigan State. Greg shares stories from the year they won the Big 10 in 1987, his thoughts on where the program is now, how Nick Saban, who became the DB coach for the Houston Oilers, helped get Greg drafted by them in the 3rd round. Greg talks about how the 49ers considered drafting him in the 1st round and the game he still likes to reflect back on and the ones that still bother him. Greg also talks about his battle with depression and bi-polar disorder.
