A primary school scraps written homework because it adds to "stress" - a good move? Or should we encourage our children to toughen up?
An English primary school has scrapped written homework for nearly all its pupils because it adds to "stress." All year groups, apart from Year 6 in Littletown Primary Academy in Devon will be encouraged to do 20 minutes of reading every night instead. Vinny got the views of commentators Naomh McElhatton and Emma Woolf.
