Two years after they were banned, a government review's found legal highs are now being sold illegally on the streets by dealers.

It also says new drugs are continuing to appear despite legislation introduced in May 2016 making in an offence to produce, supply, import or export them.

Alex Stevens is a professor in criminal justice at the University of Kent - he says it's further proof that banning drugs doesn't solve the UK's drug problem.

Anyone found breaking the law faces up to 7 years in prison.
