Should we look to scrap the traditional 9 to 5 working day as it may be better for our health? Dr Paul Kelley, a researcher in sleep science, wants office workers to start work later as he believes that workers who ignore their natural body clock and sleep pattern may be harming their health. He says bosses who want healthy and happy employees should delay start times so staff can work in their natural sleep patterns even if that means starting at midday.
